Thanks "carb" for sharing the image of bibb lettuce you are growing. It's an informative thread. Can you tell which type of system you had used to grow lettuce?

Im not sure if you could call the system deep flow as i just use those 6 liter water containers, cut the top of and measure 4 liters of nutrient. Theres a bubbler inside btw. The ph is around 5.5-6.5. EC is 1.9-2.0 on the left and 1.8 on the right. The baby bibb ph is around 6-6.5, EC 1.1. The setup is running under 3 14w flourescent lights 2 feet each attached to a wooden frame taped with aluminum duct and supported by books on both sides. Room temp i would say around 24-26c, water temp around 24-27c

It looks like a deep water culture system. Or a raft, but that is basically the same thing.
