| Many times questions appear on the forum that make replying on the board a little awkward. Usually it's something silly, but without a member's email address, what's a boy to do?
I'd like to throw my two-cent's worth into the fray and ask everyone who hasn't posted an active email address to their profile to do so. It'd be a step towards better communication. |

| That's a great way to collect email addresses for spam mail. |

| yup. "Regarding www.tengreenthumbs.com I have changed my Web site 180 degrees, so to speak. The URL remains the same but instead of "nothing for sale", I'm in the process of putting up an online store, just to let folks know." I don't think these folks like the business model. Just a guess. waternut |

| Whatever! It's just that every now and then I want to email someone with this or that and 9 times out of 10 they don't have their email address posted. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I never get spam email. I set my email filters up high and forget about it. Seems to work for me! My own email address is posted here on the forum, by the way in case someone wants to "chat" without posting it all on the board. |

a lot of people with much more robust computer skills than me make a living out of finding peoples email addresses and selling them. Mines on there, just spelled out so a touch more effort is required. |

| I don't get this "spamophobia". My e-mail is on ALL my forums, and I GET NO (or hardly any) spam. |
