Try this: I typed in "posting pictures" into the search box and it gave me an active link entitled "How Do I Add Pictures to My Posted Messages?"

Now, the $64,000 question is, why didn't the copied and pasted link post here in an "active" status?

Well I do not understand either of these replies to my question. so I guess I cant post any pictures....unless someone else explains this to me a bit more clearly.

the first line in my above response is the code you must inter to display an image.
Including the brackets, type(or cut and paste)the line into your message box. replace [insert image link address here]with the web address where the image is hosted. make sure to leave the quotations around that web address and include the entire web address (including http://)
for example, entering the below html code:

will post this image:


you can verify this by right clicking on the image and selecting view image. when the image opens, notice the web address in the address bar matches the one posted in the code above.
a good way to see it in action is to copy that code into your message box and hit preview. the image will show up.
