Sterilizing your system

I have just recently purchased a hydroponics system for myself and have been doing a lot of reading to ensure that I properly use the sytem and maximize performance.

One thing I have been reading an awful lot about is sterilization. Some sources say to use H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide).

I went out and purchased 3-32 fl. oz. bottles of 3% H2O2 for myself to use. However, I have read more since my purchase and found that some people recommend 35% H2O2 for sterilizing hydroponics systems.

So I have a few questions:

1. Can I use the 3%, and if so, how much should I use per gallon of water?

2. If I need a higher concentration of H2O2, then were can I get it, or, is there some way that I can concentrate the 3% I have via freezing or another method?

3. How often should I sterilize and is there any other suggestions to keeping my system clean of diseases
