Hydro Tomatoes - Downward droop/curl

I have been reading this forum for some time and decided to try some hydroponics in my basement due to excessive heat provided year-round by the furnace. Using a 400w MH light in a custom drip (always running) system with clay pellets, I have the following tomato plants growing quite nicely, but they're starting to droop down and it appears to be leaf curl downwards. I see no major spots, no bug infection and I have never mixed hydro plants with dirt plants outside. I keep my numbers at 6.0 and 1100. Distance from 400w to plants is 3-4 feet, and the daytime temp is between 70-80f, nighttime is 60-68f. I have seen this leaf behavior before and after my first and second water change. I use a very light concentration of General Hydro liquid Maxigrow. Only about 1/2 tbs total for a 5 gallon container.

My beginner's thoughts after looking at google pics, and reading up here and the tomato forums are:

1. Roots oversoaked, maybe go from continuous to cycle of a few hours a day or 15mins/3 hours drip.

2. Ph too high.

3. Other.

All leaves look healthy in color and texture, but the largest oldest/lower leaf is darkening a bit in last picture.

Please any thoughts? Thanks.
