Here is the absolute least expensive pH meter I think you'll find. I've been using one for 3 years now and it has yet to bomb. When I bought mine it was $18.
This is not the company I bought mine from (they quit selling them) so if you'd prefer google "hanna 98103" and take you pick.
Just thought I'd pass this along.

I did. I have the 10 and 7 solution. I've never had to adjust the meter more than 0.1 to accurate.
I also use the 7 to store the tip in. Just dip it in the 7 before putting on the cap and putting it away.

Cool thx. I've been using the liquid pH stuff, but I have to be honest and admit I can't see much difference in the colors of PH 5 and 5 :(.

You should ask them for a commission, grizz :)
