Tomato Variety Recommendation/Michigan/Aero/NFT

I live near Ann Arbor MI.

I want to grow tomato's using a aero/nft system. Here is the plans (warning this site is for medical marijuana) http://www.stinkbuddies.com/pdfs/StinkBud_Sr02_1.pdf

I was hoping to get some recommendations for tomato varieties, I would like to pick 3-5. I want one sweet, the rest a real tomato flavor. I enjoy brandy wine and also beef steak. I do not enjoy watery tomatoes.

Talking to Darrel Jones at Select Plants he recommended the following:

Sun Gold - I want at least one cherry/sweet tomato for my kids.

Kellogg's Breakfast - This one seems to have very positive reviews.

I like early girls. they're about the size of tennis balls.
I like beefsteak. I like germanjohnson.
I grow a variety call mortgage lifter that is a beefsteak / german johnson heirloom hydrid.
I also like and grow an heirloom cherry tomato call persimmon. its yellow and very sweet.
I bought both heirloom varieties from southeastern seed exchange.
you can normally get early girls, beefsteak and G-J at the hardware store or at local farmers markets.
