Indoor Lettuce New

Hello All,

I am not new to hydroponics but I am new to lettuce in hydroponics. I have mostly grown peppers before.

I am using Simspon lettuce. I have a clean grow room. I have a grow tent, it's aluminum coated ( I know the hotspot risk but it never hurt my peppers, so it must be okay ).

I have them in Grodan cubes (rockwool) on a Drip stake (top feed) recycling system. I am using a unique setup and the water refilters and automatically aerates eliminating the need for a bubble stone.

I keep my pH around 5.5 aka uring yellow with pH test drops.

For lighting I am using one overhead 45 Watt CFL, 6500k, 2700 lumens. It has allowed my peppers to TAKE OFF RADICALLY since I coated the tent in aluminum. My lettuce gerimanted fine.

I am just wondering what you all recommend. How many hours of light a day? What age should I transplant them from the humidity dome into the bigger grodan cubes in my drip system?

Once in the drip system, how much water? 4 minutes every 2 hours? Or... ?

Thank You...

Lettuce is Simpson. My Ambient Temp is 80 during the day, sometimes 85. Plenty of natural ventilation. At night mid 70's.
