Strong Taste - Is mixing nutrient the problem ?

My lettuce have a strong taste, I think there too much iron, it stick to the tongue.

Is this because i mix the Blooming and growing nutrient together ?

I use the F.l.o.r.a.N.o.v.a Bloom and Grow. The problem is that i have mixed plant growing stage sharing the same nutrients, so i wanted to mix both thinking that it would not be a big problem

was this a bad idea ?
