I am using Grodan Miniblocks to start bibb lettuce. The miniblocks will soak in water with its Ph adjusted with dilute nutes. I will sow a couple seeds into each of them. I will keep the best one and toss away the rest.

The problem is that can I remove the roots safely from the blocks and transplant them to an NFT system when their roots are long enough? If yes, how?
