I am doing a deep water culture and I am growing tomatoes, strawberries, zucchini, cucumber, sweet pepper, and watermelon. They are growing very well and super fast and it has been under a month. I started with Botanicare's Power Plant at 60ml. Now I'm transitioning to Botanicare's Pure Blend Pro Bloom at 30ml and power plant at 30ml. I've been changing it about every 2 weeks. I've been getting different suggestions on how much to put in per gallon of water. One person said put in 3/4 of what the Botanicare chart says and another says to feed as directed. In a DWC, do I need to feed it as directed or I can trim it a bit. Change the nutrient bath every week as directed or 2 weeks is OK? The nutrients can get expensive.
