Possible to grow Mulberry Tree indoors with hydroponics?

Does anyone know if it is possible to grow a dwarf Mulberry tree inside in a hydroponic set up? And if so, how? I have one outside but no matter what I do I cannot control all of the different critters that keep eating all the fruit. So I want to move it indoors. But I don't know if I will need artificial light, or what to do about pollination.

Any ideas?

Where there is a will there is a way. I wouldn't recomment it though. Why not build a simple screenhouse around it to keep out the bugs. You may need to treat the soil below to get rid of some larvae and you'll either need to buy some bees or hand pollinate.
