My plants are alive but not growing?

Hello everyone, I have just embarked on my first hydro grow.

My plants are alive but not thriving. My system is a basic flood and drain as follows.

2 X 17 litre pots filled with expanded clay

1 x tomato 1x cucumber

1 20 litre resevoir

pump set to flood every 3hrs for 15 mins at a time

70ml of iguana juice per 20 litres as per the bottle

decent air pump on 24hrs in the res.

All in a greenhouse which is sealed 95% of the time

The plants are established and of good color but there just doesnt seem to be any growth.

Q 1

The nutrient is this

do i need to add some micro nutrients or do i just put this in the res. It says that it is a complete 1 part solution?

Q2 Do i need to adjust the cycle?

Q3 should i leave the door open on the green house?

Q4 I havent got a PH tester yet - how important is this - I know that i live in a hard water area?

Thanks in advance
