Growing Ethnic herbs & vegetable in the USA??????

Here are two links listing Ethnic vegetables. My area of Florida has a Diverse population of many different ethnic peoples. They demand certain vegetables and herbs native to their culture. I believe anyone wishing to grow commercially would do well because there is a ready market with a high demand and no or little competition. Of course a lot more market research is needed before jumping in.

FYI. Certain herbs are very popular and are used for the Holistic Medicine that they practices. Checking with Local ethnic food stores might be very valuable.
