Sounds like overwatering. I suspect the water/nutrient level increased after you changed the nutrient solution submerging some roots that were previously above the water level, causing the wilting. Give it time and it should bounce back. I've had 300+ seedlings (in bato buckets/drip) wilt like that when transplanted into perlite. I wanted to water more (natural instinct with a wilted plant) but held off for a few days and the plant bounced back. I don't grow deep water culture like you so perhaps someone else that does can confirm, or offer a different opinion.

Thank you i have seen some improvement alread but some of the branches on the tomato plant are still wilted but figure those will perk back up just like the rest of plant did
