I would be more concerned about the root space, a tom plants roots will soon constrict the flow in a 4" pipe

Plan to use 6 inch or even bigger if the price isn't much higher.

My current set up uses a 4 inch PVC fence post cover it seems to be doing fine.

If you use that back and forth pipe design, you may have trouble finding and reaching the fruits. Light and air flow may also be an issue with cramped tomato plants. If a hornworm caterpillar gets in there, you'll never find it.

I would use one row of straight pipe, or two rows to return the water to the sump and grow a low plant in the front row. I'd put it at the edge of the eaves of my house. Use drop-ceiling screws and associated screwing socket to put a screw above each plant hole; screwed to the vertical face of the eaves end board. From the screws, run cheap mason twine to the pipe and attach the plants to it with tomato clips.

I use all of that already for my hops plants, except they are in the ground with drip irrigation. I use the twine and tomato clips in my greenhouse to hold tomatoes, cantaloupe, and pumpkins overhead without problems.

The link I posted is just what I'm going base mine on. There will be a 3-4 foot spacer pipe between the two elbow's give me room to walk in and probably just a "U" shape design.

Whatever you are going to build to hold the pipes up could be extended upwards to hold an overhead beam. You can suspend the lines from there.

If you build it flimsily, put heavy things (bricks, dirt) on the legs to keep wind from flipping it.

That might work.

I was just going weld some 1/4inch flat steel into an "H" shape (one every 5 foot or so) and hammer it a good 5 inches into the ground.
