NFT lettuce leaf "folding"

I have ceasar, bibb, & romaine in an NFT. Some of the leaves are folding. I have 2 8-bulb T5 s unleavened fluorescent for light. They are 2 feet above the system. Not all of the plants are having trouble. Should I be concerned? See pic.
