Nutrient precipitates on pH = 6?

I´m testing some nutrient solutions before starting to grow tomatoes. Eight hours after mixing nutrients, the pH of the solution is 5.5, and the liquid is completely clear. Three days after, I noticed the formation of a very thin floating layer (looks like a spider´s web), and the pH changed to 6.0, the solution (under the very thin layer) stays clear.

What it could be? Maybe calcium phosphate or calcium sulphate?

It dissolves with nitric acid.

Or it could be some bacteria growing? Because I noticed a vey soft and strange smell.

Shold I use this solution?
