Help! Am I on track with growing seedlings under light?

Hi there,

I am trying to improve the reliability of growing seedlings from seed in rockwool for our outdoor nft hydroponic garden.

Eight days ago I put two seeds in each hole in the rockwool cube and poured 1/2 gallon of weak nutrient solution (superthrive) over it. I then scratched the rockwool to cover each hole's opening and placed the humidity dome over top. Since then I have had a T5 light on overtop of the dome 24 hours a day and placed the tray at a south facing window.

The seeds that are shown there from left to right are:

1st row sorrel
2nd row sorrel
3rd row lettuce
4th row lettuce
5th row wild arugula
6th row adagio rocket arugula
7th row adagio rocket arugula

The lettuces are all working on their first set of true leaves, well the others have not.

Based on your experience etc... does it appear that the seedlings are on track to thrive? Would you do anything differently?

Thank you all for your comments!
