Lighting for hydroponics/Rain Tower

I got the brilliant idea for cheap decent light was to use an Off-road Truck Light bar. It has more than enough lumens and plenty of light at the right Kelvin rating. It's the wrong color of light. With led, you want a mix of red and blue. Blue is for vegetative growth, and red is for flowering.
