Sun Sugar is an indeterminate, so it will be challenging. You'll need a system that can accommodate a very large plant.

It would be easier to find a determinate or dwarf variety that you like and grow it. Although it's a red cherry, and not orange, I really like Terrenzo. It's very sweet. Lizzano is similar.

General Hydroponics flora series of nutrients are probably the most widely-used hydro nutrients. You may also want some Cal Mag with Iron. Magnesium is often the first minor nutrient deficiency tomatoes develop. If you are pumping nutrient solution with a mag-drive pump, you may need to add iron, too.
