Whats wrong with my plants?

I've just started in hydroponics and I'm trying to grow some beans.
As you can see in the picture some of the plant have crumbled leaves. While others seem to be ok so far. What's wrong with the plants?
Could it be the new watering cycle I tried? First I had 30min on 15min off, but after reading up on it I changed to trice a day. Now I switched to 45min off und 15min on.
Or is my grow light to close?
Please help, before my plants die off.
