I followed the instructions on calibrating a new primo ppm meter and got an error msg. I exchanged it got the same msg. I hold the button 3 seconds and get flashing 1382, like it's supposed to, then i submerge probe in solution while it is flashing and about 30 seconds later the error msg. I swirl it around in the solution. Any ideas?
