water temp for vegetables

I am starting butter lettuce in an unheated greenhouse using the Emily's Garden hydrophonic setup. Night temps will drop down to the 40's and high 30's very soon. Would heating the water to 65-70 with a heating pad and thermostat have any significant effect? I also have artificial lighting. Between that and water temp will the lettuce do better?

Yes try for 60-65 F
