We're looking for a piece of equipment or design plans for an automatic way to clean our 4' X 4' styrofoam floats in our hydroponic raft system. Any thoughts?

why not just build a small "pond" to float them in and float them in a 20% chlorine solution? It may not make them look pretty, but it will dissenfect them. Of course you'll need to look into how the chlorine interacts with the foam.

We tried that but there gets to be too much green buildup especially by the holes. We float them but also have to manually scrub them with a brush which is too time consuming
