Fooling/reversing deciduous abscission?

Hey Hydros

I've been searching around for info on this but have come up dry so far. I have a top hat blueberry which is a deciduous shrub. I'm transplanting the little guy into a hydroponic bucket and putting it under the LED lights. Which is all good and well except it's started losing it's leaves for the winter, most are already red. I don't believe this is a reversible process.

The question is if I put it under 18hrs of light a day will it start to believe it's spring and push out new leaves? or am I wasting my time?

Thanks!!

Ryan
