Roots are not Growing - Aeroponics

Hi There,

I'm from Philippines and new to Aeroponics Technology. I have a DIY Tower Garden using downspout pvc 3 1/2 inch x 4. 5ft height. Plants are showered by nutrients at 15mins on and 30 mins off. the roots are not growing. totally not exiting on the 2" netpot. Plants are not died but very thin stems. I used hydroton, rockwool as medium.

Please anyone help me.
