Are you using tap water?

Yes I did use tap water. I had to fill three 18 gallon totes. Drained old solution out and filled with tap water and Flora Kleene. Let them sit an hour or so in that cleaning solution as recommened than drained. Since I did not add a drain plug at the bottom of the totes, at setup, I wasnt able to get the last 1/2 or so of cleaning solution out of the bottom (which is may be the cause). Than used 4 gallon buckets to premix the nutrient solution and fill tubs back up. Checked the PH again and it was kinda low. Raised it to 5-6 (I have to calibrate it after changing batteries). Day 3 and they still look really sad and wilted.

I would drop the Flora Kleen. You certainly don't need it every reservoir change.

After that, work on your water. Filtered water, rainwater, fish tank water, anything is better than straight out of the tap.

I changed my 45 gallon reservoir (ebb&flo) last night and decided not to use the Kleene.

The DWC tanks I posted about have bounced back. I also had cucumber plants that were weak on the outer edges which died off. Know anyone that wants to buy a gallon of FloraKleene? LoL..
