I looked this up and only found the app mentioned, but as usual, no basic Windows software for a PC.

For some reason Excel seems more effort than it is worth. The thing about the posted app is you can snap a picture and it seems to link everything together by date.

Does anyone have a basic relational log like that they can suggest, that is free to download (that can link to pictures or not)? Or something private that uses Microsoft Access in case someone has a little program they would share?
