Nitrogen toxicity or Calcium deficiency???

Hi guys,
I've searched the web quite a bit now and I can't find enough information or pictures on the topic. I formulated a nutrient solution for my peppers using Lynette Morgan's PPM profile. My peppers are getting their apical meristem deforming and a very dark green, eventually turning brown and dying. I have been freeding them with a 1/2 potency solution. Morgan's total PPM value is 1042, and I am giving them about half, included 239 PPM of Nitrogen (2.5% ammoniacal), and 199 Calcium. So I am actually freeding about 120 ppm N, and 100 ppm Ca. Can anyone identify my problem clearly?
The important part in the picture is the very CENTER where new growth is taking place. Not very clear, I know. I will appreciate you help a lot. Cheers!
