I used to Growing Foam (growing medium)as Horticube of Oasis in NFT Hydroponics for Lettuce and think that it better than perlite and vermiculite. The lettuce grow up very well.

How do you feel about this?

Have other growing medium foam same as Horticube? please advise

I've never used the foam products but whatever works for you. I usually go with whatever is cheapest and easiest for me to use. I got a huge bag of large perlite over a year ago and have only used about half of it. I'll probably stick with that for my indoor stuff at least till it is gone.

For my outdoor stuff I've been using whatever free materials seem appropriate for the situation. Mostly wood chip mulch or spanish moss so far.
