Full StoryHi,
Just a quick question. What does it mean if BOTH my ppm and ph go down everyday? Ppm goes down by about 10-20ppm and ph goes down 0.1 everyday. Plants look healthy as ever.
My understanding is that if plants are feeding that the ph should go up because less nutes in the solution would mean that it is less acidic. However, my plants seem to be feeding and making the solution acidic at the same time.
One more thing, can I should ph up and ph down in the same res? Not mixing them obviously but just in the same res? Can I ph up with Silica, or will it react with the solution in a bad way? (They always tell you to add it before adding anything else.) Any input guys?
Thanks!
