I'm up here in Moscow Idaho. Anybody else in this area like to plant for hummingbirds. I have had success with zinnias, dahlias, and nasturtium. Anybody else have any suggestions that have worked to attract these little guys?
I do have a feeder that I put out for them too but I really enjoy watching them feed naturally too.

Thanks in advance

Hummingbirds love red, tubular flowers. Some of the best I know are not that easy to find and you may need to buy seeds. I like scarlet gilia (Ipomopsis aggregata), and any of the red penstemons like Penstemon barbatus, P. eatonii, P. psuedospectabilis.
