When I moved here I didn't have time to do much gardening but I wanted to plant something so I planted some old seeds and guess what everything I planted is growing great, now I have to keep watering and the endless weeds. I have tomatoes, cukes, zukes, cantalope, watermelon and strawberries. Next year I plan on putting in some raised beds and doing it right.

im growing tomatoes,corn,brocoli,cauliflower,cukes,peppers,galic,beans,peas and flowers for my girlfriend to smell as i work in the garden.lol.i will post some pictures later when i figure out how work this camera.

I'm growing Cherry Pink and Ultra Girl Tom's this year. These are just two types I raised as crops during my last quarter in school.
I'm not much of a veggie gardener as most of my beds are dedicated to flowers/herbs. But I do like my Toms and Chili peppers. Also going now is Royal Burgundy Bush Beans and Eggplant 'Fairy Tale Hybrid'. I also did 3 types of lettuce and radish earlier.

BTW I must boast... I just graduated June 15th from Spok. Comm. Coll. with a 2 yr. degree in Greenhouse/Nursery Management :D LOL

This is my second year in Idaho and I have tomatoes, potatoes, green onions, cucumbers, jack/jack be little/Lumina (white) pumpkins, yellow squash, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, sugar baby watermelon, beets, carrots, jalapeno/Hungarian wax/bell peppers, garlic and probably a few other things I am forgetting.

Right now I am harvesting the green onions, jalapeno and Hungarian peppers, beets, carrots and also loads of cherries.

I am in the Meridian area.
