| I picked my first watermelon yestarday and after letting it chill awhile had a piece, and it was soooooo goooooood. I have never been able to grow them before so I am just a little bit excited.

| Fire, I`m excited to here about your watermelon. I hope to have a vegetable garden next year, I feel lost not having one, but there is next year, atleast I had flowers for my little birds. I thougt for some reason you were just growing sqaush. Did you plant your butterfly bush yet? But It`s not quite Fall yet.I need to figure out whether or not to keep my feeders all year or not because I think I have A couple of anna hummers and I heard they stay all year, so I would have to possibly keep a heat lamp over the feeder,but I dont know if that means for my area or not. |
