Which pole beans produce the best in north Idaho?

Veggie:

I am in the Treasure Valley, so might not be the best person to comment on this. I grew Blue Lake bush beans last year, and was not happy with the flavor. My Dad use to grow Kentucky Wonder, and the flavor was great, and the production seemed to be fairly good. I am going to try them this year. I haven't grown pole beans before, but this was the only seeds I could find. My garden is narrow and long. I am going to try something different this year for my beans and peas. I am planting a row of seeds, and then about 14 days later planting another row about 4 inches from the first. I am going to use "hog wire" panels between the rows. I don't know if this will work or not. I guess we plant and learn.

I have several great recipes for green beans if you are interested.
