Full Sun Varieties

I used to grow Super Elfen Impatiens with a lot of sun in an eastern exposure with great results, but I found that too much sun wilted them.

This year I see Burpee touting MangoTango Impatiens as a full sun flower, and Park has Sunny Lady, that "thrives in partial to full sun."

Well, I am scared to put Impatiens in the full sun, but it would be cool to have them in the garden.

Are these varieties really hardy enough or are these claims exaggerated?
