transplanting

I dumped my i.glandulifera seeds into a 5.5" pot never thinking so darn many would sprout. Seems I read they don't like root disturbance but I plan on dibbling them out into peat pots as soon as they have their first pair of true leaves until it get's warm enough to plant them out. Will this cause a problem?

Never mind. No one would give me an answer so I went ahead and transplanted...hoping for the best.
