New Guinea Impatien flowers...huh?!

Hi,

A week ago I bought a 10 in. pot with four huge New Guinea impatien plants loaded with many flowers and buds. After a few days, I noticed a MAJORITY of the flowers wilting, shriveling and/or falling off. Now there are less than ten flowers, all wilted and looking unsightly. What stumps me are the buds. Now, they are half-opened, but are starting to wilt too! I did notice some tiny light gray spots on some of the flowers...maybe this is causing the wilting?

I know flowers don't last forever, but my impatien is losing almost all the flowers and the buds are not blooming --is this normal? Otherwise the leaves look OK,no bugs. I've watered two times per week. It's indoors on a west facing window with almost closed blinds. Temperature is around 65 to 70 degrees F. I don't know what's stressing this plant so much. Can anyone give some advice? Thanks so much!
