| I have an impatiens that my daughter brought home from school for mother's day three years ago. I've kept it in my bay window and it has done very well. I've repotted it about five times and it is now over 2 feet in diameter. Should I trim it back or separtate it? If so, how? I usually kill every plant I try to grow and really love this plant. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! |

| 3 year old impatien in the house?! Wow, I'm impressed. I'd cut it back - but I'm no expert. I've never been able to keep an impatien alive in the house for any longer than just starting seed - although, I've never thought to try either. How did you ever transplant it?? I'm impressed. |
