What's killing my double rose impatiens?

| I bought a white double rose impatien 2 weeks ago. All the buds are falling off as well as some of the leaves. It looks like they have been cut off. A couple of years ago I planted several in the ground. At first they looked great and the same thing started happening to them also - all the buds and blooms started falling off. This one is in a pot. Any suggestions? |

| I can never get the doubles to live for me either. I'm about to give up on them. They drop their flowers then their leaves... then seem to fade away. Perhaps they're more a "hothouse" plant than anything for a garden. |
