color problem

My red impatiens (that color only) seem to have an issue with the flower color. It looks like pin holes of no color on the flowers but it's not actually holes. Like someone sprinkled chlorox on a colored shirt. Does anyone know what this could be?

They get sun until around 1:00, then shade the rest of the day. I've moved one to the backyard to see if anything changes. I have fertilized and I make sure they get water, they don't wilt. They're full, but just don't look right.

It could be water on the flowers. Mine will spot as well.

MrImpatiens, would that be on all the flowers? I've never seen it before. And if water, why not any other color? And to be honest, the color of the leaves don't quite look right either. If I can get a pic, I'll post it.
