Balsamina 'Tom Thumb'

Anyone grow these dwarf Balsam Impatiens from seed? What are they like? How long do they take from seed to flower?

These are the old fashion kind and are fairly easy and set flowers when only a few inches high. I have a single form from Asia and it has buds on it and is only 2 inches high.
It gets a lot of sun to much I think I should move it soon temps here are in the 90s. They do take more sun then the others.
