Please help! Leaves yellowing, they start to look quite sick...

I've started Impatiens indoor. They are still under neon lights as it's not warm enough here yet. They just have to hand in there for another 2 weeks... but right now...

It started with one plant, now it's two and I've detected it on a third one. I thought they may be short of nutriments, so I added worm castings and a few alfalfa pellets. The alfalfa got really moldy in a day. Irgh.

Different fertilizer? Could it be fungus that is turning the leaves yellow?

Any help is really appreciated. I was so looking forward to having them out in my wine barrel planters soon.
