Care and transplanting ASAP

We just found out we have Touch me Nots from the name that plant forum. Obviously me or hubby planted the seeds at some point but neither of us can recall when. These need to be transplanted ASAP as they are very crowded and in an inapproriate flower bed. The only place for them to really go is in front of some hollyhocks we have. Would this be ok? How far apart should we place them. Any special care after first transplanting them and what care should they get once settled? We have no experience with Impatiens at all so should be an interesting learning experience.

Have included a picture link of our plants. Also does anyone know if those seedlings under the plant may be Touch me Nots also? We have no idea what they are. If they are, any suggestion on what we can do for them as they are probably be disturbs when we transplant? Put them in little peat moss pots till they are bigger?

Here is a link that might be useful: {{gwi:999072}}
