I've got Aphids!

| Today is too hot to treat but as soon as the temp drops a bit I want to eradicate the buggers! What is best to use on impatiens? I remember a while back reading that they are not that forgiving when sprayed with garlic-soapy water/insecticidal soap... I do have some neem though. They are in containers on my terrace so a forceful shot of water from a hose is not an option.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated! |

| I've never had trouble with soapy mixes. A spray with water and alcohol, like half and half work with a little squirt of dish soap. DO NOT USE NEEM Impatiens do not work well with oil sprays. I use Marathon, I spread a little on the soil surface and it is taken into the plant. This is not Malathion. Marathon is what they put in Flea and Tick collars. |
