Impatiens bloom well in August?

I am a total beginner in gardening. I went looking for plants to have at my wedding in August. I love the double impatiens baskets and they are on sale. I am worried that if I buy them now they won't look as good or have as many flowers blooming in August. Does anyone know how much they change in a month or two?

I would say that they would be unreliable for your wedding though I do think they are a good choice. A lot of people complain that they drop their flowers or dont flower well enough.

My impatiens grow larger with larger mounds of blooms covering the plant clear up until frost.
