I have a guinea impatiens hanging plant that was full of blooms when i bought it but the flowers fell off and it doesn't look like it will bloom again. there are no buds on it. I cut the ends of the branches because i thought it had froze...Will it bloom again?

Yes. New Guinea Imps can handle a fair amount of sun and can handle being allowed to dry between waterings. They will come back and bloom for you. Where do you have them hanging?
