| Hello-I am new to the forum. I live in Central Florida and was thinking about planting some impatiens in a shady area. However, I just read they are very susceptible to nematodes and those are a problem in Florida. Can anyone verify the extent of the damage they do? Also in my area would these be a perennial or annual? Thanks. |

| Ibains I'm not really sure what damage they do but you can always try it out they really arent that expensive and it would be an interesting experiment and they would be annuals for you but close to the house they may live they some times do here. |
