| Do these seeds (they look like tiny brown dots) take longer than others to germinate? 2 weeks so far no germination. They are made by NK Lawn & Garden, annual.

| Brown means they are ripe. Just give it time. I am pretty sure once you get them going you will always have them. In many tropical areas they are weeds. |

| Thank you for your replies Mrimpatiens! I was just wondering, I am trying the kitchen towel method also i.e I placed the seeds on a moistened paper towel on a saucer covered with a plastic lid and placed in a sunny window. Was wondering what the germination rates were with this method? Does it make much difference from sowing in flats? |
